You can book an individual family constellation session on its own, or take the TEC Program, which accompanies the preparation, the constellation and the integration across five meetings.

Support before and after your family constellation.
The journey is built around the constellation: a Translation session to prepare what you want to explore, an Exploration session where the experience takes place, an Awareness session to bring it together, and two follow-ups to revisit it over time.
What sets it apart from a standalone session is not its length: it is the continuity between meetings and the chance to return to what you experienced later on.
Five online meetings over four to six weeks, depending on the dates we agree. Individual online sessions available in English or Spanish. Any exercise is carried out with your consent and we review whether it is appropriate before starting; if it is not, we talk through the alternatives before confirming the service.

You do not need to arrive with all the answers. The process begins precisely by helping you clarify what is happening.
The program is designed so that you are not left with only an intense experience or an image that is hard to interpret. Each stage has a specific role within the process.
The first session is a space for emotional clarification. Daniela listens to the situation you are living and guides you through a structured interview to identify:

After the first conversation, Daniela organises the relevant information to prepare the next stage. Depending on the case, this preparation may include reviewing the main reason for consultation, organising personal and family background, building or reviewing the genogram, identifying relevant relationships and events, and defining the focus to be explored.
You do not need to know your whole family history in advance or arrive with a complete family tree. Daniela will tell you which information is useful to gather.
In this session we explore your experiences, your relationships and the context in which the pattern appears. When it is relevant to your case and you agree to it, a family constellation may be used as a visual tool to observe dynamics that are not always evident through conversation alone.
It is not required, and it does not prove facts or family origins. What comes up in a constellation is material to observe, not evidence. If it is not a good fit, the session is worked through a systemic interview, a genogram or a review of your relational context, with no change to the structure of the program.
Within this program the constellation is the central experience of the Exploration stage: it arrives prepared by the first session and is revisited in the Awareness session. Whether it is appropriate is decided with you beforehand, based on what you bring and your own preference.
The third session is about reviewing what you experienced and translating it into an understanding that can stay with you outside the session. It is not about telling you which decision to make.
It is about helping you review what changed in the way you see the situation, understand what carried the most meaning, and consider new ways to respond.

The program includes two follow-up meetings to support the integration of what you discovered: reviewing how you have felt since the sessions, connecting what you found with your everyday life, and giving continuity to the process of awareness.
Many people go through a meaningful experience and then do not know how to bring it into their lives. The follow-up meetings exist so the process does not stay disconnected from everyday experience.

Booking sets the first session of approximately 60 minutes. The remaining four meetings are arranged with you, with no extra payments.
